Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean searches, ATS) to identify qualified candidates for open technical roles.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and outreach.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between hiring managers and candidates.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of the full-cycle recruiting process and technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
