Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and job specifications.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct virtual phone screens and coordinate onsite or hybrid interview schedules.
- Develop and maintain a strong network of potential candidates in the Denver tech market and beyond.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and technical roles (DevOps, Engineering, QA).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high self-motivation and time management.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
