Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT, etc.) using various channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and job boards.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, candidate communication, and reference checks.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through networking and proactive outreach.
- Providing a world-class candidate experience, ensuring timely and professional communication throughout the process.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track progress and maintain accurate candidate data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) is a plus.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
