Responsibilities
- Source & Screen Candidates: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS tools to identify, engage, and screen high-quality technical candidates for open roles.
- Manage Pipelines: Maintain accurate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and nurture relationships throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate Interviews: Schedule and facilitate interview loops between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Market Intelligence: Research market trends and salary benchmarks to provide insights to the hiring team.
- Collaborate: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and refine job descriptions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) is required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
- Organization: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a remote environment.
- Tools: Proficient in MS Office Suite and remote collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack).
