Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced search techniques and social platforms to identify and engage passive candidates for technical and general roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screenings and technical assessments to evaluate candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM tools.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Onboarding Support: Guide candidates through the interview process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks in the Seattle and California markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or human resources, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Lever, or similar ATS platforms.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-directed individual capable of managing time effectively without direct supervision.
- Location: Must reside in the United States with a stable internet connection.
- Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate candidate schedules.
