Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates for technical and non-technical roles using LinkedIn, Indeed, and Boolean search techniques.
- Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruiting process, including scheduling interviews, sending offers, and managing onboarding logistics.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates in the Oakland and national markets.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Provide exceptional feedback and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or human resources.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-motivation.
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work remotely from within the United States.
- Experience in the tech industry is a strong plus.
