Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified IT candidates for contract-to-hire roles
- Conduct virtual interviews and skills assessments
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle via ATS platform
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for Columbus-based tech clients
- Collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection criteria
- Ensure timely placement of candidates with daily pay coordination
- Track recruitment metrics and optimize sourcing strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical recruiting experience (IT/software focus)
