Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and generate new business leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the deal and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high retention and satisfaction rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales or business development (remote or in-office).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a hunger to succeed and earn commissions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment without constant supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable internet connection required.
