Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, email outreach, and social media prospecting.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to closing high-value deals.
- Utilize Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to track interactions, update pipeline data, and forecast revenue.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide tailored solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies and messaging.
- Meet and consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, outbound sales, or a similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- A valid driver’s license and reliable high-speed internet connection are mandatory.
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for high-performing candidates.
