Responsibilities
- Generate new leads and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls and emails to potential clients across the United States.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, forecast sales, and update client records.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional customer service and conduct effective product demonstrations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Proficiency with CRM tools is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
