Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Sourcing: Utilize Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche job boards to identify passive candidates for technical roles.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates and manage ATS data accurately.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional communication and support throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and compensation benchmarks to advise candidates and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in software engineering, IT, or product development.
- Sourcing Skills: Proven ability to source passive candidates using advanced search techniques and tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical roles (Frontend, Backend, DevOps, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Reliability: Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
