Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing top talent.
- Strategic Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques, Boolean strings, and social media (LinkedIn, GitHub) to identify passive candidates.
- SEO Optimization: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve job board visibility and organic traffic for our open positions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, build talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Candidate Experience: Provide exceptional communication and support to candidates throughout the interview process.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Remote Work: Proven track record of successfully working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- ATS Proficiency: Strong command of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby.
