Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill technical roles (Software Engineering, QA, DevOps).
- Optimize job postings and recruitment landing pages using advanced SEO techniques to drive organic traffic.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline using Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and niche communities.
- Screen candidates, conduct technical and behavioral interviews, and manage the offer negotiation process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to continuously improve sourcing strategies.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and employer value proposition.
- Represent the company as a top employer at virtual career fairs and tech meetups.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting, preferably within a remote-first or high-growth environment.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles with proven experience optimizing web content for recruitment purposes.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on digital engagement.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Valid US work authorization (Remote/100% WFH).
