Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles using various platforms and Boolean searches.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings in the Raleigh, NC area and beyond.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions optimized for SEO.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive intelligence.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance the company’s career page and job postings to attract passive candidates.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports to leadership on hiring progress.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or HR, with a preference for candidates based in or willing to work remotely from Raleigh, NC.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how to apply them to recruitment marketing.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with flexible hours in a fully remote setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
