Responsibilities
- SEO Management: Develop, implement, and monitor SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic for our careers portal and main site.
- Talent Sourcing: Conduct proactive sourcing and screening of candidates for technical and marketing roles using various platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Recruiting Coordination: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and conducting technical screenings.
- Content Optimization: Optimize job descriptions and company profiles to enhance visibility and candidate engagement.
- Analytics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for both SEO and recruitment funnel conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or talent acquisition.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders effectively.
- Remote Work: Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of self-discipline.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
