Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT).
- Optimize job descriptions and career pages using SEO best practices to improve search engine ranking.
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and SEO-driven keyword strategies to find passive candidates.
- Manage candidate pipelines through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with precision.
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate hiring manager schedules efficiently.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align recruitment content with brand messaging.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
