This is a fully remote position where you can manage your own schedule while making a significant impact on our digital presence and talent acquisition strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute high-level SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for clients in the Las Vegas and Georgia markets.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment pipelines for technical roles, sourcing top-tier talent across the United States.
- Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize website content, meta descriptions, and HTML structure for search engines.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and social media platforms for effective outreach.
- Monitor web analytics and SEO metrics to report on performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with hiring best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling job descriptions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment with a flexible schedule.
- Understanding of HTML/CSS is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
