Responsibilities
- SEO Management: Conduct comprehensive keyword research and on-page SEO optimization to improve search engine rankings for our clients.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to create high-quality, SEO-optimized content for blogs and websites.
- Recruiting Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other ATS tools to identify and engage top-tier technical talent in Virginia and California.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews for engineering and marketing positions.
- Analytics Reporting: Monitor SEO performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on traffic and recruitment pipeline status.
- SEO Audits: Perform technical audits of client websites to identify and fix site speed and crawlability issues.
- CRM Management: Maintain candidate relationships and update recruitment databases in Salesforce.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in SEO and Technical Recruiting.
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz) and Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States. Open to candidates in San Francisco, CA or Virginia, VA.
- Flexibility: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Self-Starter: Proactive mindset with a strong drive for results in both SEO growth and talent acquisition.
