Responsibilities:
- Conduct end-to-end full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles within the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, networking) to identify passive candidates.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Manage the interview process, coordinating schedules between candidates and hiring managers in San Francisco.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent hiring velocity.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions and compensation packages.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience feedback to maintain our industry-leading reputation.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or technical recruiting.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without direct supervision.
- Strong knowledge of the San Francisco tech market and salary benchmarks.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
