Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues via remote desktop and phone support
- Implement security protocols and patch management for client systems
- Create detailed documentation for troubleshooting procedures
- Train end-users on cloud applications (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace)
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers on complex infrastructure challenges
- Monitor system health using SolarWinds and Nagios platforms
- Contribute to knowledge base with solution articles
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS/Linux environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
