Responsibilities

- Guide end-users through complex technical procedures and ensure proper documentation of solutions.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and data security standards during remote interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools, VPNs, and cloud services (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Must reside within the Houston, TX metropolitan area to comply with remote work requirements.
