As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top-tier technical talent in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and IT roles.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify passive candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective recruitment plans.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills, culture fit, and salary expectations.
- Manage the full lifecycle of candidates within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Talent Acquisition.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships remotely.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a 100% remote setting.
