Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for Software Engineering, Product, and Data Science roles.
- Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and niche job boards.
- Screen, interview, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process for new hires.
- Collaborate with the sales team to build long-term relationships with clients in Austin and NC.
- Utilize Greenhouse ATS to maintain accurate talent pipelines and reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven experience working in a 100% remote environment.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work EST/CT time zones and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
