Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, etc.) using various sourcing strategies and social platforms.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including building talent pipelines, coordinating interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build effective job descriptions.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse or Lever to track candidate progress and maintain data integrity.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates within the Albuquerque tech community and beyond.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and common tech stacks (JavaScript, Python, AWS, etc.).
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
