As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top talent.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sifting: Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other channels to identify and engage qualified candidates in the Austin tech market.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate technical interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure a steady flow of candidates through the funnel.
- Employer Branding: Represent Apex Global Solutions professionally on social media and career fairs to attract passive candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Sales Recruiting.
- Location: Must reside in or near Austin, Texas.
- Tools: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on professional etiquette.
- Reliability: High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.
