Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking, to identify top-tier candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and cultural fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) efficiently to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
- Conduct virtual interviews and provide a world-class candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within the technology sector.
- Proven experience working remotely or in a hybrid environment with a high degree of self-motivation.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and Boolean search techniques.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles and technical job descriptions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
