Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, data science, and IT roles across the US market.
- Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
- Conduct engaging phone screens and video interviews to assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to ensure consistent hiring pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Negotiate offers and guide candidates through the final stages of the hiring process.
- Track key metrics, including time-to-fill and quality of hire, to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in software development, IT, or engineering roles.
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Strong ability to identify and engage passive candidates in a remote-first environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on relationship building.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
