Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruiting for technical roles (Engineering, IT, Data, and Product).
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive candidates.
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to ensure successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting (IT/Software preferred).
- Proven track record of successfully filling hard-to-fill roles.
- Expert proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with high autonomy.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
