Responsibilities
- Source and screen top-tier technical talent for software engineering, data science, and IT roles.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
- Build a robust talent pipeline using various sourcing channels (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and professional networks).
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Update candidate data accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on clarity and tone.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
- Ability to understand technical job requirements and match them to candidate skills effectively.
