Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
- Utilize Boolean search and social media platforms to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Conduct thorough phone screenings and technical interviews.
- Manage the entire candidate experience from application to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and success metrics.
- Update and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data for reporting.
- Attend virtual networking events and industry conferences.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Staffing.
- Proven success in closing hard-to-fill technical roles (Software, Engineering, IT).
- Proficiency in ATS systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport remotely.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a flexible, remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
