Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle technical recruiting for software engineering, IT, and data roles.
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search strategies and social networking.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end interview process and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
- Provide feedback and ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and technical stacks (e.g., JavaScript, Python, AWS).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and self-manage in a remote setting.
- Valid driverβs license (for occasional in-person team meetups, though work is fully remote).
