Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening top-tier technical talent for various open positions.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
- Utilizing job boards, social media, and networking to build a pipeline of candidates.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and company culture.
- Conducting phone screens and coordinating technical interviews.
- Building strong relationships with passive candidates in the Austin and Texas tech market.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or sales (1+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas.
