The Role

We are looking for a self-starter who understands the nuances of technical recruitment and possesses a passion for connecting people with opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support, etc.).
  • Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
