The Role
We are looking for a self-starter who understands the nuances of technical recruitment and possesses a passion for connecting people with opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, IT Support, etc.).
- Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Screen resumes and conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate pipeline data.
- Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Stay updated on industry trends to advise candidates on market salary and compensation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Demonstrated success in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Boolean search strings and sourcing techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting.
- Bi-lingual skills (English/Spanish) is a plus.
