Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment strategies for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Source passive candidates using advanced Boolean search and social networking tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
- Conduct phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and success metrics.
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) efficiently and maintain a positive candidate experience.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of filling hard-to-fill technical roles on time.
- Expert proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tech stacks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a remote-first mindset.
- Self-motivated individual capable of working independently without micromanagement.
