Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify qualified candidates in IT, Engineering, and Healthcare.
- Screen, interview, and present top-tier talent to hiring managers for immediate consideration.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, candidate engagement, and offer negotiations.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates to ensure consistent hiring needs are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize job descriptions and employer branding efforts.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide weekly reports on hiring progress and pipeline health.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in hard-to-fill roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) or relevant industry verticals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
