Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for hard-to-fill technical positions including Software Engineering, DevOps, and Data Science.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and assess technical competencies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and project timelines.
- Negotiate offers and manage the candidate experience from application to onboarding.
- Track key recruiting metrics and continuously optimize recruitment processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical roles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport remotely.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Strong negotiation skills and a track record of closing placements.
