Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified candidates for technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, candidate outreach, and closing offers.
- Utilizing ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) to track pipelines and metrics.
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines through networking and social media.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
- Conducting virtual technical assessments and cultural fit interviews.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or HR.
- Proven success in filling hard-to-fill technical roles.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong understanding of full-stack, cloud, and engineering technologies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high accountability.
