Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Execute the end-to-end recruiting process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing top technical talent.
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize Boolean search, social networking, and professional networks to identify passive candidates in the tech sector.
- Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, define job specifications, and build talent pipelines.
- Interview Management: Schedule and conduct technical and behavioral interviews, providing detailed feedback to stakeholders.
- Offer Management: Guide candidates through the offer process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities in the Jacksonville and national tech markets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and familiarity with tech stacks (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, AWS, React).
- Remote Skills: Proven ability to work remotely with high self-motivation, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
- Tools: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Location: Must reside in the United States (Preference given to candidates in North Carolina or willing to relocate).
