The Role:
As our Remote Technical Recruiter, you will be the face of our employer brand. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top candidates for technical roles, ensuring we meet our aggressive hiring goals. You will work closely with department heads to understand technical requirements and build a robust talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Utilize Boolean search strategies and professional networking platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub) to source passive candidates.
- Screen applicants, conduct virtual interviews, and assess technical skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the candidate experience through timely communication and a seamless application process.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define job specifications and create compelling job descriptions.
- Track key recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire) and optimize sourcing strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully closing candidates in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and technical skill sets (e.g., React, Python, AWS).
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
