Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps) with an emphasis on immediate hiring needs.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen applicants effectively, assess technical skills, and schedule interviews for internal stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure consistent coverage for open requisitions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Manage offer negotiations and coordinate onboarding processes for new hires.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources (immediate start is a plus).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting with high autonomy.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of the Raleigh, NC tech market and technical skill sets.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
