Responsibilities
- Sourcing and screening qualified candidates for technical roles using various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, etc.).
- Conducting initial phone screens and coordinating technical interviews with hiring managers.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process from job requisition to offer extension.
- Building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Collaborating with the sales and engineering teams to understand technical requirements and market trends.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Technical Recruiting or Human Resources.
- Proven track record of filling technical roles (Software Engineering, DevOps, Data Science).
- Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and technical jargon.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.) and sourcing tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
