Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Proactively source passive and active candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and professional networks to fill technical positions.
- Talent Screening: Conduct thorough phone screenings and technical interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop compelling job descriptions.
- Offer Negotiation: Manage the interview-to-offer process, ensuring candidates have a seamless and positive experience.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of salary trends and market conditions within the IT and Engineering sectors.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of software development methodologies, programming languages, and IT infrastructure.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workable.
- Flexibility: Demonstrated ability to work independently and adapt to flexible working hours.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
