Your Mission
As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing passive candidates to closing offers. You will play a crucial role in building our workforce and helping us meet our ambitious hiring goals.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify top-tier talent for software engineering and IT roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for open requisitions.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and refine job descriptions.
- Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate the interview process for onsite and remote candidates.
- Manage candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and feedback throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to source passive candidates and network effectively within the San Antonio tech community.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote work-from-home environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
