- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify top talent pools and industry trends.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates through social media and professional networking platforms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define technical requirements and success metrics.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve sourcing strategies and conversion rates.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with applicants.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruitment or HR.
- Strong proficiency in SEO tools and techniques (e.g., Google Analytics, keyword research).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with high self-discipline.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
