Responsibilities
- Source and engage technical talent across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche tech communities
- Conduct virtual interviews with candidates during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation for IT roles
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers at NYC-based tech startups and enterprises
- Utilize ATS systems to track candidates, schedule interviews, and generate reports
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in competitive markets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on hiring needs and candidate experience
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruiting experience with a focus on software development, cybersecurity, or data roles
- Proven ability to conduct interviews during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Expertise in sourcing technical candidates using Boolean strings and advanced search techniques
- Strong understanding of NYC's tech ecosystem and emerging talent trends
- Proficiency with ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport virtually
- Self-motivated professional thriving in independent, remote work environments
