Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-quality candidates through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment from requisition to offer extension.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance and improve sourcing strategies.
- Build a strong pipeline of passive candidates to ensure continuous talent availability.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling technical roles (Software Engineering, IT, Data, etc.).
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a night shift schedule.
- Strong research skills and ability to identify passive candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
