Responsibilities
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier technical talent through various channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.).
- Screening candidates, conducting phone interviews, and coordinating technical assessments.
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for key technical positions.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements and build long-term talent pipelines.
- Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in remote roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships remotely.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment metrics and sourcing strategies.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
