Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify top talent that matches our technical requirements.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews and candidate interviews with hiring managers.
- Post job openings on various job boards and internal systems to attract applicants.
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines and databases in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in technical recruiting or human resources.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles (Software Engineering, Data Science, DevOps, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite and internet research tools.
