Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, Boolean search, networking) to identify and engage top-tier technical talent for Sacramento-based and remote roles.
- Screening: Conduct thorough phone screens to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process.
- Closing: Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure they accept offers, contributing to our high placement rates.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends in Sacramento and the broader tech industry to advise candidates accurately.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in technical recruiting or staffing.
