Responsibilities
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to optimize job postings and career pages for maximum visibility
- Source, engage, and qualify technical candidates using Boolean searches and advanced sourcing tools
- Manage full-cycle recruitment including screening, interviews, and offer negotiations
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and candidate profiles
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future technical roles
- Implement weekly payroll processing for contract and freelance talent
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical recruitment with proven success in sourcing software engineers, data scientists, or DevOps professionals
- Advanced SEO certification (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) or equivalent practical experience
- Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment CRMs like Workday or Greenhouse
- Proficiency in Boolean search strings, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GitHub sourcing
